Kheloge is software delivered over the internet. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no delivery addresses and no couriers. What follows is what you receive instead, and when.
1. What you receive
Access to the Kheloge platform for your business — the web app at partner.kheloge.com and the Kheloge Partner mobile app, using the same account. Both are included; there is nothing separate to buy or install beyond downloading the app from Google Play.
2. When it starts
- On sign-up — access begins immediately, before any payment. You can run an academy on Kheloge from the moment you create an account.
- On payment — where a paid plan applies, it is active as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment provider, which is normally within seconds. You do not need to wait for anything to be enabled by hand.
- Payouts — money collected on your behalf reaches your bank account on the settlement schedule in your agreement, once your verification is complete. This is the one part that is not instant, and the Earnings screen shows where each amount is.
3. If access does not start
If a payment succeeded and your access did not change, write to [email protected] with the payment reference. We will either enable it or refund it — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy — and we do not require you to chase us twice.
4. Where the service is available
Kheloge is built for academies, coaches and venues in India, and is priced and settled in Indian rupees. It is reachable from anywhere with an internet connection, but support, payouts and tax handling assume an Indian business.
